Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outbound and inbound sales activities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their business needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with consulting and marketing teams, deliver product and service demonstrations, support client onboarding, and participate in training and sales review meetings to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet performance targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients on services offered and support internal knowledge sharing.
• Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or solutions selling, preferably with startups or MSMEs.
• Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or sales management tools.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
