Job summary

Unique Electro Engineers in Mumbai seeks a driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities in Electrical/MEP contracting. You will build relationships with builders, developers, consultants and corporate clients, and secure electrical contracting projects.

The role requires understanding of BOQs, tendering and commercial proposals, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Prior BD or sales experience in electrical fields is preferred.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the Electrical Contracting / MEP industry to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and secure electrical contracting projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 45 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably with an Electrical / MEP contracting company.
• Good understanding of electrical projects, BOQs, tendering and commercial proposals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Existing network with Mumbai-based consultants, developers and contractors will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
