Unique Electro Engineers in Mumbai seeks a driven Business Development Executive with experience in Electrical Contracting/MEP to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and secure electrical contracting projects.

You will identify upcoming projects, gather enquiries and tender documents, coordinate with internal teams on quotations and proposals, and drive negotiations to win orders from builders, developers and corporate clients.

Formación

• Graduate or diploma in electrical engineering or BE/BTech preferred.
• 4–5 years in business development or sales, ideally with electrical/MEP contracting.
• Strong understanding of electrical projects, BOQs, tendering and proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-management skills.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the Electrical Contracting / MEP industry to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and secure electrical contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for electrical and MEP projects.
• Develop relationships with builders, developers, consultants, PMCs, architects and corporate clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and obtain enquiries, BOQs and tender documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Follow up with clients for negotiations and project orders.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 45 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably with an Electrical / MEP contracting company.
• Good understanding of electrical projects, BOQs, tendering and commercial proposals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Existing network with Mumbai-based consultants, developers and contractors will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
