Job summary

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Business Development team in generating leads, coordinating with clients, preparing commercial documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities for MEP services.

The candidate should have good communication and coordination skills and preferably have experience in MEP Consultancy, MEP Contracting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting, or Building Services.

Key Responsibilities.

• Coordinate with the Sales / Business Development team for day-to-day sales activities.
• Identify and maintain a database of potential clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other business channels.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Understand basic client requirements related to MEP services and coordinate with the technical team for further discussion.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, presentations, company profiles, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals and maintain proper records.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate between clients, Business Development, Sales, and Technical/Design teams.
• Maintain a tracker for leads, enquiries, quotations, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
• Update CRM / MIS records regularly and prepare sales reports for management.
• Monitor ongoing opportunities and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
• Assist the Business Development team in preparing pre-sales documentation and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for commercial and technical information required for proposals.
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with existing and prospective clients.li
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales/business development targets.
