Candidates should have 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience, own a two-wheeler, and be ready to travel within Gurugram and nearby districts. Proficiency in using SFA apps for reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: meet daily & monthly secondary sales targets by visiting retail outlets per the PJP.
• Distribution Expansion: onboard new outlets to increase numeric distribution of spice portfolio.
• Merchandising: ensure eye-level placement and place POS materials like danglers and dispensers.
• Stock Management: monitor distributor stock and use FIFO to prevent expiries.
• Reporting: log daily calls, orders, and competitor activities using SFA apps.

Role Objective

• The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving volume growth, expanding retail distribution, and ensuring the visibility of our spice products across assigned territories.


• This role focuses on building strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure our brand remains the market leader in the category.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Achieve daily and monthly secondary sales targets by visiting retail outlets (Kirana, supermarkets, and wholesalers) according to a fixed Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).


• Distribution Expansion: Identify and onboard new outlets to increase the \"Numeric Distribution\" of the spice portfolio.


• Merchandising: Ensure \"Eye-Level\" placement of products on shelves and execute the placement of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials like danglers and dispensers.


• Stock Management: Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure a fresh supply of products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to prevent expiries.


• Reporting: Use Sales Force Automation (SFA) apps to log daily calls, orders, and competitor activities (pricing, schemes, etc.).

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG sales.


• Previous experience in spices, masalas, or food staples is highly preferred.


• Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship building, and basic numerical ability for calculating margins and discounts.


• Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned beat.


• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
