Job summary

Dadi’s – BayLeaf Spice, based in Raipur, is expanding its FMCG operations across India. We are seeking a field sales representative to drive growth in the Raipur region.

You will visit retailers, wholesalers and distributors, achieve daily, monthly and quarterly targets, and ensure product availability and proper display. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential; on‑site work in Raipur.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in food production, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in basic sales reporting, documentation, and use of CRM or similar sales tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to local sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets, manage time effectively, and work both independently and within a team.
• Comfort working on-site, visiting client locations in and around Raipur, and handling field-based activities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for order management and follow-up.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the assigned beat plan, route plan, attendance, and field-reporting procedures.
• Provide regular market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Follow up on orders, payments, stock availability, and customer requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure 100% compliance with company policies and instructions.
