Job summary

AeroConnections is seeking a well experienced and result oriented Sales & Operations Manager to oversee sales activities, manage customer relationships, coordinate operations and drive business growth. The role combines sales leadership with operations management to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in aviation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills.
