Job summary

Himalaya is looking for a field sales professional to lead MT channel activities in Andhra Pradesh and nearby regions. You will drive sales targets, deploy schemes, recruit and train promoters, and ensure timely PO servicing in coordination with commercial teams.

The role emphasizes distributor management, in-store execution, visibility, and adherence to channel norms to maximize coverage and impact. A strong track record in retail FMCG sales within MT is preferred, with willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall sales and business target
• Ensure adherence to PJPs - self and promoters/merchandisers for effective coverage as per the norms
• Drive implementation of schemes & initiatives across the MT channel within territory
• Recruit, induct, train and manage promoters and merchandisers to drive desired business outcomes
• Distributor management and instore execution excellence
• Drive effective implementation of visibility and merchandising as per plan
• Ensure timely servicing of POs as per SLAs in coordination with the Commercial Officer
