Role & responsibilities

1. Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in the food processing and packaging industries.
2. Promote food processing machinery, filling, sealing, and packaging solutions.
3. Handle customer inquiries, understand technical requirements, and coordinate with the design and engineering teams.
4. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up with customers.
5. Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups for inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
7. Attend customer meetings, industrial exhibitions, and site visits as required.
8. Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and lead tracking records.
9. Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business development.
