Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. is seeking a results-driven professional in Bengaluru to drive lead generation in the power sector and manage end-to-end commercial activities for domestic and international markets.

You will prepare GTP/TTR and layout drawings with cross-functional teams, and lead negotiations to secure margins. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the power sector focusing on domestic markets, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively hunt for new EPC, OEM, and renewable energy opportunities within assigned territory.
• Technical Proposals: Prepare techno-commercial documents (GTP, TTR, layout drawings) with internal teams.
• Commercial Management: Lead quotation discussions to secure margins; manage POs, logistics, and Incoterms for domestic and international markets.
• Tracking & Reporting: Update the Enquiry Ledger and circulate weekly MIS reports on orders, sales, payments and margins with stakeholders.

Job description

1. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively hunt for new EPC, OEM, and renewable energy opportunities within assigned territory.
• Technical Proposals: Prepare and submit thorough techno-commercial documents, including Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP), TTR, and layout drawings, alongside internal teams.
• Commercial Management: Lead quotation discussions, ensuring optimal margins. Manage purchase orders, logistics, and Incoterms for domestic/international markets.
• Tracking & Reporting: Regularly update the Enquiry Ledger and circulate weekly MIS reports (orders, sales, payments, and margins) with stakeholders.

2. Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in the power sector focusing on domestic markets, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Soft Skills: An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities and communicate persuasively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Language & Travel: Strong English and Hindi skills (local languages are an added advantage).
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as per Business Requirements.
