Responsibilities

• Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and service them.
• Handle existing POS to drive sales growth.
• Respond to customer inquiries with speedy and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
• Create offline training and servicing processes for the POSP.
• Know the local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales target numbers.
• Drive channel ownership; traveling can be frequent.
• Manage relationships with customers; identify and communicate customer needs; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

Qualifications and Experience

• From Insurance background with hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Highly motivated and able to drive channel ownership.
• Should know the local agent network.
