Purpose of the Role

• Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and service existing POSP to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer inquiries with speedy and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for smooth execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Create offline training and servicing process for the POSP.
• Know local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales target numbers.
• Be a highly motivated individual and drive channel ownership; travelling can be frequent.
• Manage relationships with customers.
• Identify and communicate customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Graduation degree in any stream.

• Aware of Motor & General Insurance and zealous to become a pro in sales.
