RenewBuy is seeking a Sales Manager (Motor) for the agency channel based in Gauribidanur. The ideal candidate will meet potential POSP agents, manage customer relationships, and develop marketing strategies to enhance the customer base. Candidates should have a graduation degree, strong communication skills, and 1 to 3 years of sales experience. A proficiency in English and local languages is preferred. This role requires a motivated individual ready for frequent travel and to achieve sales targets.

Job Description

Role

Sales Manager (Motor) – Agency channel

Purpose of the Role

• Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and service existing POS to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO team for the smooth execution of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Create offline training and servicing process for the POSP.
• Know local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales target numbers.
• Be a highly motivated individual able to drive channel with ownership; travelling can be frequent.
• Have hands‑on experience in the agency vertical within a general insurance company or an insurance brokerage firm.
• Manage relationships with customers, identify and communicate customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Graduation degree in any stream and strong communication skills.
• Some awareness of motor and general insurance and zeal to become a pro in sales.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
