Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a capable Sales Manager for the DST Channel in the VIJAYAWADA area. You will be responsible for driving new KYC business, selecting and training field staff, and guiding them to improve sales habits and overall productivity.

You will allocate targets, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery while earning incentives based on performance. Expect regular travel for meetings and training across the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Drive new KYC business and lead sales initiatives across the DST channel.
• Select and train sales executives for each branch; hand-hold to improve sales habits and productivity.
• Monitor allocation and ensure timely delivery of targets set by management; incentives based on performance.
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training, and reviews; TA/DA as applicable.
• Identify key result areas via market analysis and plan activities, locations, and dates.
• Conduct staff reviews to improve lead quality and increase business.
