Job summary

Kotak Securities Limited in Surat invites an experienced Relationship Manager for Used Car Finance. The role requires 3–4 years in auto loans and a graduate degree, with a focus on growing channel partnerships and loan volumes.

You will plan and implement business strategies, manage dealers and DSAs, drive healthy portfolios, monitor IRR, and coach teams across branches to onboard new dealers and fund customer credit requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in auto loans.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
• To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
• Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
• Portfolio Management
• Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
• Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
• Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
• Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
