Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Faridabad is seeking a field sales professional to drive development and performance of all sales activities in the Machinery Term Loans segment. You will understand client needs, propose suitable financing solutions, and source proposals via existing customers, cold calling, client visits, and seminars to achieve budgeted numbers.

You will manage customer relationships, monitor payment schedules, and stay updated on market trends while cross-selling other products.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client need and propose products accordingly
• Products: Industrial Equipment, Equipment Financing, Machinery Equipment, Laser cutting Machinery, etc.
• Source proposals for the assigned product through Existing customers, Cold Calling, Client Visits, Seminar/ Trade Fair Visits to achieve budgeted no.s
• Understanding customers revenue work flow, financial statements, credit worthiness, sustainability
• Perform marketing activities in their respective areas.
• Smooth customer service.
• Analyze and Recommend the loan proposal based on customer profile
• Monitor the client relations and payment schedule.
• Continuously upgrade oneself with market and competitor information.
• Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stake holders through client servicing.
• Monitor portfolio performance for their regions
• Cross Sell other products
