Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Senior Executive / Manager Real Estate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through various channels including referrals, walk-ins, and networking
• Drive sales of residential and/or commercial properties
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Understanding Client needs and accordingly pitch the product
• Accompany Client for Site visits.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct site visits and property presentations

3. Market Knowledge

• Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Provide insights to clients regarding investment opportunities

4. Deal Closure & Negotiation

• Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Ensure smooth closure of deals with proper documentation.
