Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager - Real Estate role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for real estate transactions, including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, property presentations, and deal closures. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with investors and property owners, understanding client requirements, and recommending appropriate investment or purchase options. The Sales Manager will track market trends, coordinate with internal advisory and operations teams, prepare sales reports, and ensure that all documentation and processes follow company standards of transparency and ethics. The role also includes mentoring junior sales staff, contributing to sales strategies, and representing the firm at client events and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage, preferably in premium or investment-focused segments.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex transactions.
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuations, and investment concepts.
• Ability to work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital platforms to manage leads and reporting.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices, transparency, and long-term client value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
