Skillventory in Ahmedabad is seeking a loan and sales specialist to drive loan disbursement and cross-sell financial products. You will source customers through DSAs and channel partners and assess loan applications in coordination with credit teams.

You will oversee documentation for sanctioning and disbursement, track post-disbursement documents, and provide ongoing support to customers while aiming at LAP targets.

Responsabilidades

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.
