AV Global Advisory Services is seeking a seasoned professional for LAP product sales via Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in Hyderabad. The role involves building a strong DSA network, ensuring loan due diligence, and driving disbursement documentation and post-disbursement support.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in LAP product sales with DSAs and a proven track record of handling large ticket sizes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LAP product sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.
