Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive LAP product growth by sourcing customers through DSAs and channel partners. You will manage end-to-end loan processing, ensuring complete documentation and coordinating with credit/technical teams for due diligence.

You will monitor post-disbursement activities, track PDD, and provide post-disbursement support, while aiming to hit IRR, fee income, and insurance cross-sell targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Experience handling ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• 5-6 years of experience in NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.

Responsibilities

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
