Job summary

Hero Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to set up and manage the DSADirect Selling Agent network at the local level in India. The role focuses on achieving LAP product targets and building relationships with DSAs and financial aggregators.

You will coordinate end-to-end with Credit Teams to source leads, streamline processes, and manage disbursement and approvals while working to clear delinquencies efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in field sales or channel partnerships.
• Experience in Direct Selling Agent setups and LAP products is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage DSADirect Selling Agent at local level.
