Job summary

Bajaj Housing Finance is hiring a sales leader to drive home loan and LAP targets in Nagpur and surrounding markets. You will lead a team of sales executives, mentor them, and build a robust channel network through DSAs and connectors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting business goals in NBFC home finance. You will manage end-to-end loan sales, from sourcing to disbursement, and expand market share.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in home loans sales management role in the NBFC industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
