Bajaj Housing Finance is seeking a sales leadership professional in Bhavnagar to drive monthly and annual targets for Home Loan / LAP products. You will lead a team of sales executives, generate business through DSAs and open market channels, and oversee the end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in sales management within NBFCs, strong knowledge of home loan concepts, and proven leadership to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales management or similar role in NBFC industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
