Wego Consultants is seeking a field-oriented sales lead to drive home loan and housing finance business in the Madurai region. You will develop channels, acquire customers, and ensure disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience in home loans and a solid understanding of housing finance products, with MBA preferred. You will mentor sales officers and coordinate with builders, DSAs, and intermediaries to expand the network.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and annual home loan disbursement targets in assigned area.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Officers / RMs to meet targets.
• Drive customer acquisition through field visits, builders, and channel partners.
• Manage relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors and intermediaries.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead to disbursement, including documentation.
• Ensure KYC and documentation compliance and portfolio quality.
• Track market trends and provide feedback to product/senior management.
• Conduct field visits and monitor productivity and conversions.
• Adhere to policies, norms and fair practices; share MIS with management.

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

To drive home loan / housing finance business in the assigned area by l developing channels, acquiring new customers, and achieving disbursement and revenue targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual home loan / LAP disbursement targets through assigned geography and channels (DST/DSA/builders/connectors).
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team business goals.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct sourcing, field visits, builder tieups, channel partners, references and local marketing activities.
• Manage and expand relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors, brokers and other intermediaries, ensuring steady business inflow.
• Oversee endtoend sales process: lead generation, customer profiling, documentation, login, coordination with credit/operations, sanction and disbursement.
• Ensure portfolio quality by sourcing financially sound customers, doing preliminary credit assessment and ensuring KYC and documentation compliance.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, rates and schemes; provide feedback to product and senior management.
• Conduct regular field visits, joint calls and reviews with team and channel partners; monitor productivity, funnel and conversion ratios.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms and fair practices in all sales activities.
• Prepare and share periodic MIS on leads, logins, sanctions, disbursements, yield and channel performance with management.

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in home loans / housing finance / mortgages.
• Strong understanding of housing finance products (Home Loan, LAP, affordable housing), documentation, basic credit norms and local market.
