Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive for residential properties focused on the Dubai market. You will manage end-to-end discussions with buyers, educate them on offerings, and address inquiries to fulfill their expectations.

The role requires an aggressive sales mindset, strong presentation, and experience with HNI clients. You will convert prospects into buyers while delivering personalized service

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Dubai and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Engage in end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about offerings daily.
• Address inquiries from Digital Marketing leads to fulfill buyer expectations.
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, and end-customers to drive sales.
• Negotiate and advise on market conditions, prices and terms with clients.
• Provide advisory/consultation to customers for best deal and terms.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable property solutions.
• Arrange engagement meetings with leads, show properties and close sales with personalization for HNIs.
• Convert prospects into buyers by presenting primary residential properties aligned to investment needs.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
• Coordinate with CRM team for smooth after-sales service.

JOB Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Dubai achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Be responsible for end to end discussion with buyers and educate them about company's offerings on every day basis.
• Responsible for Attend inquires generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing need & concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
• Develop relationships with Top Selling Developer and Investors and End-customers.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
• Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
• Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
• Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the HNI customers.
• Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
