Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators in Jaipur is seeking a sales operations professional to work with the Area Sales Manager ABHFL and plan sales activities to hit targets, considering competition and local market trends.

You will regularly scan the local market, tailor sales efforts, compile MIS data on disbursements, NPAs and target achievement, pursue assigned prospects for client relationship origination and maintenance, and clearly communicate product characteristics and benefits to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with Area Sales Manager ABHFL and plan sales operations for achieving targets (including crosssell), considering competitive forces and local trends
• Scan the local market and competitive offerings on a periodic basis to adapt sales efforts accordingly
• Provide data for and compile periodic MIS reports for disbursements, NPAs, target achievement, etc.
• Work on assigned and identified prospects list for client relationship origination and maintece activities, interacting with groundlevel client stakeholders
• Understand and communicate understanding of product characteristics and benefits to end
