The Muthoot Group is seeking a Sales Manager for the DST Channel in Bengaluru. The role involves recruiting and training sales executives, guiding a team across branches to hit targets, and traveling for meetings and reviews.

Ideal candidates have direct sales experience, strong people management and negotiation skills, and speak Kannada/English. Regular travel within the cluster is required with incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train sales executives for each branch and conduct on-field training.

• Allocate, monitor and deliver the targets on time as assigned by management with incentives based on performance.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training and reviews; TA/DA paid on eligibility.
• Identify key result areas via market analysis and plan activity, location and dates.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads quality and volume.

Roles And Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and
• Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
