Job summary

The Muthoot Group is hiring a Sales Manager - DST Channel for the Bengaluru region (BLR4_NELAMANGALA, CHANNAPPA BADAVANE CLUSTER).

You will lead recruiting, training, and supervising a sales team focused on new KYC business, drive field activities, and ensure targets are met with attractive incentives and rewards based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Territory familiarity is required.
• Speak local language.
• People management skills are needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Qualification: Minimum Degree (Regular).
• Gender: Males.

Responsibilities

• SM should be responsible for acquiring new KYC business.
• Select staff as Sales executives for each branch and conduct on-field training.
• Hand hold them to increase sales habits, sales communication and productivity.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver the target on time as set by Management; incentives upon performance.
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training and reviews; TA/DA as eligible.
• Identify key result areas via market analysis and decide activity, location and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads quality and business.

• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and
• Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
