Job summary

The Muthoot Group is hiring a Sales Manager - DST Channel for the BLR2_MALUR-KA cluster. You will drive new KYC business, select and train sales executives, and monitor targets across branches with incentive-based rewards.

You will travel across the cluster for meetings and reviews, perform market analysis to set activity plans, and conduct staff reviews to improve leads quality, quantity and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Territory familiarity.
• Speak local language.
• People management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Qualification: Regular degree.
• Gender: Male.
• Known languages: Kannada, English.
• Salary: 6,00,000+ incentives.

Roles And Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
