Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking an off-roll sales professional to manage a team of DMAs, drive dealership penetration, and ensure timely verification of customer documents and completion of required forms in ICAS. You will coordinate with dealers, focus on finance schemes, and maintain strong relationships while achieving daily targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial services or related sectors, with a maximum age of 30 years and a graduate or MBA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of off-roll Sales DMAs to ensure sales & penetration at the dealership as per the target
• Verify customer documents in originals and scan/fill details in ICAS; dispatch agreements & repayment instruments within Tat
• Drive sale of finance schemes to customers inside and outside the dealership
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers and address daily queries
• Verify documents including KYC and customer info per company policy
• Monitor competition activity at dealership and ASC locations
• Maintain DMA productivity and conduct dealer network visits

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Managing A Team of Off Roll Sales DMAs to Ensure Sales & Penetration at The Dealership as Per the Target
• Ensure All the Documents W.R.T. Customer Are Verified in Originals and Scan & Fill Various Customers' Details in ICAS & Submit It Immediately. Physical Agreement & Repayment Instrument Dispatch Within Prescribed Tat
• To Ensure Sale of Finance Schemes to Customers (Within & Outside Dealership) As Per the Targets
• Maintain & Improve The Relationship with The Dealer/S & Address Issues/Queries On Daily Basis
• Verification of All Documents, W.R.T. Customers E.G. KYC, Customer Personal Information, Documents Received Through DMAs at ASC Location, In Line with Company Policy
• Monitoring The Competition Activity in Dealership & Location
• DCC Cash Deposition
• Maintain & Improve The Productivity of DMAs
• ASC/ Branch Visit of Dealer (Network Visit)
• Enquiry Management & Follow Up On Open Enquiries
• Conversion of All Leads (Web/Tele/Rural)
• Collection of RC, Resolution of Femi, Nonstarter On Regular Basis As Per The Targets
• Keep The ASM Updated On Daily Basis W.R.T. Targets Vs Achievements
• Maintain Tat for Decision On Case & Speedy Disbursement Tat
• Understand & Explain All the Schemes to The Customers

Candidate Profile Required : -
