Job summary

SkillLabs in India is looking for a Sales DMA Lead to drive dealership penetration, manage a team of off-roll DMAs, and ensure timely document verification and disbursal.

You will promote finance schemes, maintain dealer relationships, monitor competition, manage enquiries, convert leads, and ensure targets are met with efficient turnaround times.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in financial services or related sectors, are under 30, and hold any graduate degree or MBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services/banking/FMCG/NBFC.
• Role focuses on off-roll sales.
• Maximum 30 years of age.
• Any Graduate/PG/MBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of off-roll sales DMAs to achieve dealership targets.
• Verify customer documents; scan details in ICAS and dispatch required agreements.
• Promote finance schemes to customers as per targets.
• Maintain and improve dealer relationships; address daily queries.
• Verify KYC and other customer documents per policy.
• Monitor dealership competition activity.
• Handle DCC cash deposits.
• Boost DMA productivity and performance.
• Visit dealer networks (ASC/branch) for alignment.
• Manage and follow up on open enquiries.
• Convert leads from web, telephony and rural channels.
• Collect RCs and resolve issues per targets.
• Update ASM daily on targets vs achievements.
• Maintain turnaround time for case decisions and faster disbursement.
• Explain all schemes to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Managing A Team of Off Roll Sales DMAs to Ensure Sales & Penetration at The Dealership as Per the Target
• Ensure All the Documents W.R.T. Customer Are Verified in Originals and Scan & Fill Various Customers' Details in ICAS & Submit It Immediately. Physical Agreement & Repayment Instrument Dispatch Within Prescribed Tat
• To Ensure Sale of Finance Schemes to Customers (Within & Outside Dealership) As Per the Targets
• Maintain & Improve The Relationship with The Dealer/S & Address Issues/Queries On Daily Basis
• Verification of All Documents, W.R.T. Customers E.G. KYC, Customer Personal Information, Documents Received Through DMAs at ASC Location, In Line with Company Policy
• Monitoring The Competition Activity in Dealership & Location
• DCC Cash Deposition
• Maintain & Improve The Productivity of DMAs
• ASC/ Branch Visit of Dealer (Network Visit)
• Enquiry Management & Follow Up On Open Enquiries
• Conversion of All Leads (Web/Tele/Rural)
• Collection of RC, Resolution of Femi, Nonstarter On Regular Basis As Per The Targets
• Keep The ASM Updated On Daily Basis W.R.T. Targets Vs Achievements
• Maintain Tat for Decision On Case & Speedy Disbursement Tat
• Understand & Explain All the Schemes to The Customers

Candidate Profile Required : -

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
