Job summary

SkillLabs in Bhagalpur, Bihar, is seeking an off-roll sales lead to manage a team of DMAs and drive dealership penetration. You will verify customer documents, process ICAS entries, and ensure timely dispatch of agreements under target timelines.

You will also promote finance schemes, maintain dealer relationships, verify KYC, monitor competition, and drive lead conversion while meeting daily targets. 30-year age cap and 2–3 years relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services/banking/FMCG/NBFC preferred.
• Off Roll Sales exposure responsibilities.
• Age cap up to 30 years.
• Graduation or MBA qualification accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of off-roll DMAs to drive sales and market penetration at dealerships.
• Verify customer documents originals and complete ICAS entries; dispatch agreements and repayment instruments within target timelines.
• Push sale of finance schemes to customers inside/outside dealerships within targets.
• Maintain and improve dealer relationships; address daily queries.
• Verify KYC and customer info per policy; monitor competition activity at dealership locations.
• Deposit cash to DCC; manage DMA productivity and network visits.
• Handle enquiry management; follow up on leads; convert web/telephonic/rural inquiries.
• Ensure timely RC collection and resolution of issues; expedite disbursement Tat.
• Update ASM daily on targets vs achievements; explain schemes and ensure speed in case decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Managing A Team of Off Roll Sales DMAs to Ensure Sales & Penetration at The Dealership as Per the Target
• Ensure All the Documents W.R.T. Customer Are Verified in Originals and Scan & Fill Various Customers' Details in ICAS & Submit It Immediately. Physical Agreement & Repayment Instrument Dispatch Within Prescribed Tat
• To Ensure Sale of Finance Schemes to Customers (Within & Outside Dealership) As Per the Targets
• Maintain & Improve The Relationship with The Dealer/S & Address Issues/Queries On Daily Basis
• Verification of All Documents, W.R.T. Customers E.G. KYC, Customer Personal Information, Documents Received Through DMAs at ASC Location, In Line with Company Policy
• Monitoring The Competition Activity in Dealership & Location
• DCC Cash Deposition
• Maintain & Improve The Productivity of DMAs
• ASC/ Branch Visit of Dealer (Network Visit)
• Enquiry Management & Follow Up On Open Enquiries
• Conversion of All Leads (Web/Tele/Rural)
• Collection of RC, Resolution of Femi, Nonstarter On Regular Basis As Per The Targets
• Keep The ASM Updated On Daily Basis W.R.T. Targets Vs Achievements
• Maintain Tat for Decision On Case & Speedy Disbursement Tat
• Understand & Explain All the Schemes to The Customers

Candidate Profile Required : -

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
