Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of off-roll Sales DMAs and drive dealership penetration to meet targets. You will verify customer documents, input data in ICAS, and ensure timely physical agreements and repayment instruments as per timelines.

You will promote finance schemes, maintain dealer relationships, manage enquiries, convert leads, and monitor competition while keeping the ASM updated on daily targets and achievements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
• Looking After: Off Roll Sales
• Maximum 30 years
• Any Graduate/ P.G./M.B.A
• Individual Performer

Responsibilities

• Lead off-roll DMAs to achieve dealership sales targets.
• Verify customer documents and enter details in ICAS; dispatch agreements on time.
• Promote sale of finance schemes to customers within/outside dealership.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers; address daily queries.
• Verify documents: KYC, personal information; align with policy.
• Monitor competition activity in dealership and location.
• DCC cash deposition and finance-related cash handling.
• Maintain productivity of DMAs and branch visits for network growth.
• Enquiry management and follow-up on open inquiries.
• Lead conversion from web/tele/rural inquiries.
• Collect RC; resolve EMI issues; meet targets consistently.
• Keep ASM updated daily on targets vs. achievements.
• Understand and explain all schemes to customers.

• Ensure All the Documents W.R.T. Customer Are Verified in Originals and Scan & Fill Various Customers’ Details in ICAS & Submit It Immediately. Physical Agreement & Repayment Instrument Dispatch Within Prescribed Tat
• To Ensure Sale of Finance Schemes to Customers (Within & Outside Dealership) As Per the Targets
• Maintain & Improve The Relationship with The Dealer/S & Address Issues/Queries On Daily Basis
• Verification of All Documents, W.R.T. Customers E.G. KYC, Customer Personal Information, Documents Received Through DMAs at ASC Location, In Line with Company Policy
• Monitoring The Competition Activity in Dealership & Location
• DCC Cash Deposition
• Maintain & Improve The Productivity of DMAs
• ASC/ Branch Visit of Dealer (Network Visit)
• Enquiry Management & Follow Up On Open Enquiries
