Job summary

Federal Soft Systems in India is seeking a candidate to generate LAP leads and manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow. You will engage in open market activities, conduct market visits, and build relationships with builders and agents to drive disbursement targets.

You will explain LAP product features, gather and verify documents, coordinate with Credit, Legal and Backend teams, and ensure compliance with guidelines while maintaining daily MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Generate LAP leads through open market, cold calling, market visits, and connectors (builders, agents).
• Explain LAP product features, eligibility, ROI, documentation, and process to customers.
• Collect and verify complete property and financial documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Backend teams for file processing and disbursal.
• Meet monthly disbursement and login targets.
• Maintain MIS and submit daily reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
