Job summary

Federal Soft Systems in Kanpur is seeking a results-driven LAP lead generation specialist to drive business across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh. You will engage in open market activities, cold calling, and market visits to build a strong client network and achieve monthly targets.

You will explain LAP product features, eligibility, ROI, and required documentation, collect and verify documents, and coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Backend teams for file processing and disbursal.

Responsibilities

• Generate LAP leads through open market, cold calling, market visits, and connectors (builders, agents).
• Explain LAP product features, eligibility, ROI, documentation, and process to customers.
• Collect and verify complete property and financial documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Backend teams for file processing and disbursal.
• Meet monthly disbursement and login targets.
• Maintain MIS and submit daily reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
