About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our residential project in Bhiwadi. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong background in sales, business development, customer acquisition, and target achievement. Prior experience in real estate is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and approach prospective customers through various sales channels.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects and customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Required Qualifications & Skills
