• Maintain coordination with finance, insurance, CRM, and registration teams.

• Plan local marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper showroom discipline and process adherence.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives and corporate teams.
