Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India in Mumbai seeks a dynamic Sales Manager Coatings to lead our sales efforts across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will understand raw materials used in coatings, paints, and inks, and drive growth by managing key accounts and identifying opportunities.

You will provide technical support to clients, build a high-performance sales team, and travel extensively across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales of raw materials for coatings, paints, inks, or allied sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of coating systems, formulations, and raw material functionalities.
• Well-established network within the coatings and paints manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and a strategic, result-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven, with a high level of accountability and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
