Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
• Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales.
• Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities.
