Job summary

Purview Services in Odisha is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue growth and shape go-to-market strategies. You will lead a team, manage end-to-end deal cycles, nurture client relationships, analyze market trends, and deliver regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

This role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking, with a focus on channel partners and brokers. Prior experience in real estate sales or related sectors will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
• Deal Closures: Drive end-to-end sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
