Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking a high-performing Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expand the client base in the Uttar Pradesh region. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution across complex real estate deals.

You will shape sales strategies, mentor a growing team, close key deals, manage client relationships, analyze market trends, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
• Deal Closures: Drive end-to-end sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
