Job summary

Purview Services in Jaipur is seeking a results-driven sales leader to own and execute our sales strategy across real estate channels. You will drive revenue growth, engage with clients and brokers, and guide the team toward achieving KPIs.

You will analyze market trends, manage end-to-end deal cycles, and deliver accurate forecasts and MIS dashboards for senior management. This role offers visibility in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
• Deal Closures: Drive endtoend sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
