Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a result driven sales leadership professional in India to spearhead sales strategy and revenue growth across the real estate domain. You will lead a team, drive end-to-end deal closures, and cultivate strong client relationships with brokers and channel partners.

The role requires keen market analysis, ongoing performance tracking, and the ability to deliver accurate revenue forecasts to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
• Deal Closures: Drive endtoend sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
