Purview Services in Indore is seeking a results‑driven Sales Leader to define and drive sales strategies that hit revenue targets and maximize profitability.

You will lead a sales team, manage end‑to‑end deal cycles, build client relationships with brokers and partners, monitor market trends, and provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
• Deal Closures: Drive endtoend sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
