• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategies to reach revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver performance and meet KPIs.
• Deal Closures: Drive end-to-end sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
