• Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
