Upraisal People Productivity Performance - Best executive search firm is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager specializing in Freight Forwarding to drive revenue growth and build a robust client portfolio.

You will develop new business in Import & Export Freight Forwarding (LCL/FCL), generate opportunities in Air Freight and Sea Freight, and coordinate with operations to deliver effective logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Freight Forwarding sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Import & Export (LCL/FCL).
• Experience in Air Freight and Sea Freight.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong negotiation and target achievement capabilities.

Responsibilities
