Job summary

Nexus Manpower Solutions in Chennai seeks a proactive Freight Forwarding Sales professional to acquire new business and expand international logistics sales across ocean and air lanes. You will lead quotations and negotiate with importers, exporters, and corporate clients to win accounts.

Coordinate with freight forwarding and operations teams for FCL/LCL, air cargo, customs clearance, and delivery execution, and drive month‑over‑month growth through targeted client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding sales and B2B logistics.
• Strong client-facing negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Familiarity with ocean and air freight contracts and INCOTERMS.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business customers and expand international logistics sales across key ocean and air trade lanes.
• Manage daily freight quotations and lead commercial negotiations with importers, exporters, and corporate clients for international logistics services.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding and operations teams for FCL/LCL, air cargo, customs clearance, transportation and delivery execution.
• Conduct field sales visits to importers, exporters and corporate clients to identify new EXIM customers and convert them into active international logistics accounts.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless, on-time shipment execution and drive consistent monthly growth in international logistics sales.
