• Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in handling client queries and delivering presentations.
• Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (weekly off on weekdays).
• Own vehicle preferred. Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
